Primary Purpose of Role:
- Responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns in electronic and digital formats that promotes Company brand.
Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Strategize, brainstorm and create new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate and liaise with the food aggregators for building and executing the CTA based campaigns
- Creating, Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Revamping company's FS website for better lead conversion and Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Establish Company foodservice as a preferred brand for the target segment HoReCa.
Organizational Relationships
- This position reports to the Head FS - Sales & Marketing
- Experience - MBA With 5-8 years of Work Experience in e-commerce/ digital/Start up/FMCG ecommerce/digital
