The Digital Marketing Lead will drive the digital marketing efforts for an Indian brand. This position is responsible for paid search activities, social media - marketing, e-commerce platform marketing & online content marketing, working closely with agencies and internal multiple departments. This position will also focus on using analytics to drive engagement and conversion. The position will serve as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, striving to optimize and conversion through various digital media campaigns.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, including reporting measurement and return on investment for digital campaigns for Brand Website & Ecommerce partners.
- Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating market targets / briefs.
- Develop the specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments including: emails, banner ads, landing page, social creative, microsites, mobile sites/app and website development.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including SEM, SMM, E-mailer, Push Notifications, Display Adverts, App Installations, Video Marketing, Remarketing & other revenue generating promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate customers segment and create customer segmentation groups and focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Gather and share competitive insights and recommendations related to the Management.
- Strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
- Planning and managing strategic tie ups and marketing alliances, sponsorship, affiliates and Promotions.
- End-to-end conceptualization to execution of all the marketing campaigns throughout all the channels.
- Reporting and Analysis, and further optimization of 360-degree digital campaigns.
- Work closely with business teams, marketing head, brand managers, creative teams and various external agencies to develop effective marketing communicating and campaign.
- Planning media buying for digital campaigns.
- Create and optimize the sponsored campaign over different e commerce platforms such as Amazon
