FMCG EXPERIENCE IS MUST FOR THIS ROLE :

- Leveraging digital platforms to reach, engage and communicate with consumers

- Build Strategies with the Brand Manager, Agencies to create content that can drive conversations with our audience across digital medium.

- Creating briefs for campaigns and tactical activities to ensure an - Always On- digital presence

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of our digital assets - social media, websites, influencers (Paid, Owned and Earned Media).

- Online Reputation Management for the brands. Work closely with the communication, quality teams to ensure closure of issues.

- Manage day-to-day operations and track progress on Facebook insights, Google Analytics, YouTube analytics, etc

- Constant monitoring & consumer understanding through all possible avenues like website analytics, social media, online campaigns etc.

- Optimizing the campaigns, website content, creative assets as per the consumer understanding & analysis.

Paid :

- Evaluation of digital media plans, exploring possibilities and optimization of ongoing campaigns with the media agency

- Creating reporting formats, templates and processes as per internal requirement - for the media agencies and partners

- Reviewing performance of all the active brands on social media

- Working with the e-commerce team to create seamless experience for the users on social media and driving traffic during exclusive offer period.

- Scanning the digital ecosystem to scout for new opportunities of engagement, innovation in media, tools and technology and find the right fit for our in-house brands

- Coordinating legal, financial and technology related paperwork for Digital assets, contests, etc

- Work closely with the Research Team on the content that goes out to the panel for the digital track

- Assisting the Innovations Team in secondary research for various projects.

- Managing prizes, dispatching our products to the social media followers/ contest winners and advocates
