Role: Digital Marketing Manager - HCD

Reporting: Head - Marketing HCD
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital strategy and execution plan for the platforms/products/services
- Develop detailed execution plan for the year along with measurable KPI's and spends control
- Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets
- Continuous analysis of data on product, platforms, trends to give inputs into IT, consumer journeys enhancements, product development ideas, program efficiencies
- Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets
- Plan & manage execution of monthly advertising and promotions calendar. Manage marketing budgets and ensure profitable ROI in ZanduCare portal and other portals for Zandu products
- Manage internal stakeholder communication with Emami brand teams on content, e-commerce spends, planning of visibility levers and creation of brand assets
- Develop independent market view and consumer trends for identifying new product ideas. Work closely with the Innovations team for the launch of the new products.
- Closely monitor competitive activities, positioning, brand health, and brand share. Track competitive SKU's for promotions, offers.
- Content management for web assets and continual updating and refresh
- Manage Digital and creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners
- Analyze campaign effectiveness for CPM, CPC initiatives; ROI on key metrics at a brand and account level - identify the right keywords, increase conversions, and identify the right target ASINs etc.
