POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, E-Commerce will oversee the Fashion, Lifestyle & Luxury brands and will be responsible for maximizing customer conversation and satisfaction through a better shopping experience. He/she will be driving strategies for brand growth and profitability by using a variety of digital marketing programs. Collaborating closely with the brand merchandising, planning & inventory, digital marketing and creative services teams, this role is responsible for the online consumer experience. They are tasked with all online store functionalities, including proper management and display of product assets, internal functioning of site tools, and creating a look and feel that conveys the overall brand position. An excellent understanding of web business concepts, practices and procedures is required. Entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative thinking are necessary.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop long-term eCommerce vision and execute on near-term financial and non-financial goals.

Take ownership of all the Ecommerce platform including monitoring projects and ensuring it is maintained and optimised to drive conversion and revenue.

Oversee all technical aspects of the website including platform (front end and back end), order processing, basket/checkout, payment gateway, etc.

Developing and implementing a successful digital marketing/ECommerce strategy focusing on customer acquisition.

Managing and guiding the website content executive, overseeing social media platforms.

Identify and execute an agreed plan to increase traffic targeting agreed audience profiles measure and report on their effectiveness.

Partner third-party fulfillment house, customer services and planning teams to ensure consistent communication of events and initiatives across channels.

Lead the creative discussion on branded emails, on-site activity, social and other digital assets and deploy campaigns that target specific groups of customers and target customers.

Managing and implementing PPC campaigns, Google AdWords, SEO and Affiliates.

Monitor industry trends, plan for peak seasons with promotional calendars and create innovative digital campaigns.

Working with the founder/CEO/ and Creative team to create and implement campaigns for existing and new launches.

Manage and drive third-party agencies to deliver the agreed outcomes.

Regular reporting and management of the Ecommerce platform.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or higher

At least 10 years- experience in a similar role within Ecommerce ideally within the fashion,lifestyle or luxury sector.

Possess an ability to create and drive brand marketing and digital strategies

Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices

Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating data and campaign performance

Profound knowledge and experience of online and offline marketing campaigns

An ability to turn data into marketing recommendations

Applicants should be passionate, organized, and have excellent project management skills

Knowledge of web design and usability

Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written skills

Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities

Strong leadership skills, ability to listen

Ability to think creatively
