Digital Marketing Manager - Education Vertical - Leading Media Group
JOB DESCRIPTION (Digital Marketing)
Role Objective: To be responsible for creating a strong digital brand of Study mate & English mate, digital properties and assist revenue generation by generating qualified leads through all relevant digital medium.
Key Result Areas/Accountability:
Lead Generation
- Plan and Execute Campaigns to deliver the target qualified leads for Studymate and Englishmate Enrolments from Digital Channels like (but not limited to) SEM, Affiliate, E-mail marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp Marketing etc
- Optimize the cost of acquisition across digital channels
- Develop Metrics for performance evaluation of Lead Gen Campaigns, regular reporting on the performance, analytics and recommendations.
Website Management
- Be the single owner of the Studymate & Englishmate website
- Work with internal teams to ensure the website is updated through the year
- Work with Agencies to drive SEO and execute planned activities to ensure
- Traffic target on site are met
- Drive Organic Lead Flow
- Develop Metrics for performance evaluation of SEO Strategy, regular reporting on the performance, analytics and recommendations.
Social Media :
- Develop and Execute a robust strategy for social media platforms like (but not limited to) Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.
- Coordinate with agency to develop and execute content strategy and calendar to continuously build Studymate and Englishmate community across social media platforms.
- Develop Metrics for performance evaluation of Social Media Platforms, regular reporting on the performance, analytics and recommendations.
Content Marketing For Driving Visibility, Awareness and Positive Imagery of Brands
- Co-work with the respective internal stakeholders to develop Content, Event and Platforms to drive engagement with students, parents and teachers across digital platforms.
Vendor Management and Reporting
- Develop pool of digital agencies, service providers, technology vendors & manage their operations by defining deliverables, KPIs, targets, contract terms, SLAs, etc.
- Implement processes & evaluation mechanism to support planning, implementation & measurement of digital marketing activities in a time-bound & cost-effective manner
- Review the Agency's performance periodically and present the summary and recommendations to the management.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Qualified Leads To Meet the Enrolment Targets at Optimized Cost of Acquisition
- Social Media Reach and Engagement Parameters as per the agreed benchmarks and targets - Fans / Subscribers / Likes / Comments, Shares etc
- Website SEO - Traffic, Engagement Parameters (Time Spent, Bounce Rate etc), Organic Lead Volumes as per the agreed benchmarks and targets
- Own the execution of various content and brand initiatives as per the overall brand strategy for Studymate and English mate.
