Duties and responsibilities :
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL & Advanced Excel) and AdWords, GDN, SEM, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
- Responsible to execute, strategize and manage all the relevant marketing channels available.
- To further develop its paid marketing team with a facebook marketing expert who can own the overarching search strategy and business
- Provide effective guidance of business plans and forecasts
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices and strategies
- Perform hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
- Working closely with content team for ad designs and experiments
Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in dedicated facebook marketing - agency or client side e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience in Facebook Ad manager is a must
- You should have a very clear prior online paid marketing experience and background for different marketing channels
- To be numbered savvy and detail oriented
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- An understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
- Experience with bid management tools a plus
