Digital Marketing Manager (Manager - Customer Acquisition / Manager - Customer Retention)
Role & Responsibility :
- Responsible for driving growth in all marketing metrics
- Developing marketing strategy in alignment with the business objectives
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns with full ownership of all performance marketing metrics
- Conceptualizing and implementing brand building activities
- Coordinating across teams such as Merchandising, Product, Creative and Design to deliver results
Qualification & Skills :
- Penchant for numbers and a strong understanding of Analytics and Brand
- Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms and automation tools
- Good experience in digital marketing
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proven leadership skills
- Creative, pro-active, flexible individual with a customer-oriented attitude.
