Job description - Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build awareness and consideration for categories across marketing platforms to deliver high business impact
- Work closely with key stake holders (brand / insights / category) and be the go-to person for all digital activation
- Create a robust marketing plan, calendar, set up budgets, work closely with central marketing, category teams, agencies etc to create a unique voice for the category
- Provide pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on digital, social and ATL Set up metrics, analyse performance and exhibit a result oriented style of working
- Ability to identify & amplify customer cohorts and design growth roadmap
Desired Background:
- A proven digital marketing expert, who has actively worked on campaigns through digital and social media
- Good understanding of social media marketing, creative & content, formats, costs, metrics and efficiencies
- Hands on experience in buying media across GDN, Youtube, Search and Display
- Ability to turn things around fast, do real time marketing, multi task and yet be well organized
- A heavy user on digital, plugged into trends, passionate about social media and high on personal energy
