Digital Marketing Manager [Demand Gen]
- Acquire qualified leads attributed to digital mediums (paid search, paid social, display, organic).
- You are the owner of both forecasting and delivering your lead targets, then report on actual results against your forecast.
- Defined and manage cost-per lead targets that must be maintained and managed against to achieve your lead generation goals. Optimize, pause, or redistribute campaign spend to maximize your overall cost-per-lead efficiency
- Tracking & Attribution ; configure and maintain ad conversion settings, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation systems with tracking pixels, parameters, and triggers to capture attribution as required (i.e. source, medium, campaign, creative, keyword, etc.)
- Setup the Multi Touch attribution reporting to analyst ROI by channel.
- Copywriting ; with your target audience in mind, write compelling, strongly positioned copy in English that will be used for paid search, paid social, display ads, SEO meta descriptions and SEO alt tags.
- Budget Planning ; review and make budget distribution recommendations quarterly to align medium spend with performance trends and campaign needs Jan 25, 2022 | Work closely with designers, key stakeholders, and other members of the marketing team to ensure clear, concise, and consistent messaging across all marketing assets and programs
Requirement :
- 6+ years B2B marketing experience with a focus on target/named account-focused programs in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role
- Strong social and digital-savvy writing capabilities - Self-driven with exceptional Marketing & Branding acumen - Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong collaboration skills needed, especially the ability to develop relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines needed and demonstrated experience writing high-quality content within this environment.
- Ability to drive people and projects to meet deliverables, budget, and timelines
- Able to accept and learn from constructive criticism
