Digital Marketing Manager - D2C/ecommerce client


Key Responsibilities:

1. Building GTM Strategy. You'll own our growth strategies and identify the key channels in which we can invest in and scale our customer acquisition efforts. You'll be a thought leader who is excited to take a scrappy approach, brainstorm and launch new experiments, A/B test, and double down upon early signs of success.

2. Lead Performance marketing strategies and responsibility across all major online Marketplaces:

a. Lead performance growth initiatives for marketplaces and take complete responsibility for day-to-day management of ads accounts.

b. Lead monthly, quarterly and annual planning within the organization as well as externally with key JBP partners.

c. Establish healthy salience and fast pace for performance marketing attributed. revenue and work closely with organic growth teams.

3. Advertising and Promotions:

a. Plan and execute Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, PLA and PCA ads to drive traffic and sales.

b. Optimize advertising campaigns through keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.

c. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and manage. strategies, and opportunities for growth.

4. Website & Creative Management

a. Help in the creation of landing pages, add-on performance improvements

b. Provide detailed briefs for creatives & helping with data to make informed decisions.

5. Sales and Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings and maximize profitability on both the platforms.

a. Monitor sales metrics, including revenue, units sold, and customer reviews, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets and address issues.

b. Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify market trends, pricing

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated success in driving digital marketing performance and achieving business objectives.
