- The Digital Technology Manager is responsible for exploring and implementing digital technologies to drive organizational growth. They will champion digital workplace initiatives and support the company's digital transformation program.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify suitable digital technologies for business needs and onboard through appropriate partners.

- Plan, execute, and manage new technologies with internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives with user departments and expand technologies across the organization.

- Design, define, and report digital KPIs and metrics to track progress towards digital goals.

- Act as a change agent to lead organizational changes required for digital capabilities.

- Establish digital transformation practices in collaboration with business teams and leaders.

- Organize and lead project initiatives with cross-functional teams.

- Influence users to adopt industry best practices in digital technology.

- Build and maintain external relationships with academia, industry bodies, vendors, and technology analysts.

- Partner with functional teams to develop new digital business solutions and talent.

- Lead the development and maintenance of digital technology architecture and roadmap.

- Develop standards, processes, and SOPs for digital technologies.

- Identify and mitigate digital risks proactively.
