- Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Digital Marketing Specialist is part of the marketing team and will work with regional marketing to launch campaigns on time, and within budget with strict adherence to Key performance indicators.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (eg microsites, websites, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and discovery advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Return of Interest and Key performance indicators)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
- Advise other employees on their social media activity (eg how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update them on websites
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
- Demonstrate UTM tracking
- Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Strong Knowledge of designing websites on Word Press & Plugins, HTML, PHP, .net, hosting servers, and domain name providers
- Strong Knowledge of Google workspace tools, Google search console
- A Basic understanding of designing creative images & videos for discovery ads campaigns with help of graphic designers
- Monitor Website Position which ranks on top and maintain it with SEO techniques
- Improve lead quality by taking feedback from the sales team and targeting them according to their requirements.
- Data Churning of CRM leads filter and assign to the salesperson according to their project requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg, DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
