Manager - Digital Marketing We are looking for a candidate with 8 - 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with an experience in a digital agency or other industries (Banking; BFSI; Fintech; Healthcare & FMCG). Job Location: Corporate Office, Bangalore Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for residential projects across different markets and geographies to drive online traffic, engagement, and lead generation. - Collaborate with the core marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth for project pages and microsites - Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine rankings. - Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. 3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): - Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Native Ad Platforms, and other industry specific platforms). - Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. - Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements. 4. Inbound Marketing: - Develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns via email, SMS & WhatsApp channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects. - Create high-quality content (blogs, videos, newsletters) that resonates with our target audience. - Utilize marketing automation framework to nurture leads through the sales funnel. 5. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Management: - Oversee the management of a CDP to collect, unify, and analyse customer data from various sources, working closely with the partners and different teams. - Use insights from the CDP to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer experiences. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations. 6. Social Media: - Develop and execute a social media strategy for respective projects to enhance brand presence and engagement in collaboration with corporate communication team - Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve. 7. Content Marketing: - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content for projects and Umbrella campaigns. - Optimize content for SEO and user engagement. 8. Analytics and Reporting: - Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/other tools) to measure and analyse website and campaign performance. - Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing activities and outcomes. - Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts. 9. Referral Marketing: - Develop and execute Inbound marketing campaigns to nurture and drive referrals through existing customer base. - Segment lists and personalize messages for different audience segments. - Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results. 10. Collaboration and Team Leadership: - Work closely with the Pre-sales team, project sales team and offline marketing team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's /master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, SEM, inbound marketing, and CDP management. - Experience working in a digital agency, with hands-on experience in executing and driving all the paid campaigns independently. - Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically. - Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. - Candidates with Agency Background preferred. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
