Profile:
- To oversee the online marketing strategy for the organisation. Plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, Create & establish a unique social media identity for the company
Role & Responsibilities:
- You formulate the marketing strategy and architect agile tools and processes, design solutions and scalable proof of concepts & should be an executor with thought leadership
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Responsible for SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC Campaigns on Google Ad words and Facebook / Instagram / relevant social media campaigns
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns and drive traffic to company pages
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, changes in algorithms and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Should have solid & have strong knowledge with SEM tools, Keyword Planners, Web Analytics
- Strong in Google Analytics, responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns MIS, Visual Design & Content Strategy
- Develop a unique social identity for brand. Ensure the brand remains socially relevant in the fast changing social media conversations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Broad Marketing experience: deep knowledge and distinct track record of different aspects of traditional and digital marketing e.g. strategy and concept design, branding, promotion/ perception management, communication and analytics
Digital savvyness: You have deep knowledge and active skills in the digital space Design thinking: you have the ability to think out of the box, to engage in deep listening and deep analytics and proven expertise to come up with extraordinary solutions.
Program management: You have proven expertise in handling complex end2end projects and have the ability to follow-through the program lifecycle: strategy, planning, kick-off, implementation, progress and post mortem. You have attention for detail as well as the big picture.
Communication: You are able to get consensus and collaboration across multiple parts of this organization, able to explain complex concepts in layman's language, able to generate enthusiasm, able to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
