- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and ROI
- Prepare emails to send out to channels, connectors and customers
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and provides perspective for adoption where appropriate.
