Digital Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts.

Google Analytics and AdWords Management:

- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics.

- Manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives.

Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.

SEO and SEM Expertise:

- Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

- Manage SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic through paid search channels.

- Social Media Optimization (SMO):

- Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance brand visibility on social media platforms.

- Monitor and engage with the online community to build a strong social media presence.

Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and SEO-friendly content.

- Ensure content aligns with digital marketing strategies and resonates with the target audience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.

- 3-9 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the BFSI, fintech, app-based, or D2C digital company space.

- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMO, and digital campaign management.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
