Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team and lead our digital marketing efforts across all online channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns, managing lead generation and performance marketing initiatives, and driving innovation to propel the bank's online presence and brand awareness

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)

- Set campaign goals and objectives, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide insights and inform future strategies.

Lead Management:

- Implement and manage lead generation processes, ensuring efficient lead capture and nurturing through the entire lifecycle.

- Track and analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify and convert leads into loyal customers.

Performance Marketing:

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (affiliate marketing, PPC, etc.)

- Negotiate and manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies, leveraging your experience to secure optimal deals and services.

- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Innovation and Initiatives:

- Stay ahead of the curve in the digital marketing landscape by proactively researching and recommending new trends, tools, and strategies, especially within the BFSI space.

- Identify and suggest innovative digital marketing opportunities that align with [Company Name]'s overall business goals and target audience within the BFSI industry.

- Propose and implement pilot projects to test new ideas and technologies.

Other Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the bank website and social media presence, tailoring content and engagement strategies to the BFSI target audience.

- Create and manage digital content (blog posts, articles, videos, etc.) relevant to the BFSI sector.

- Stay informed about regulatory compliance in the digital marketing space, particularly within the BFSI industry.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in the BFSI industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns within the BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and analytics, with experience working with agencies and vendors in this area.

- Experience managing lead generation and nurturing processes, specifically within the BFSI customer journey.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the BFSI industry
