Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop the digital marketing strategy to meet business objectives
- Plan and execution of digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, marketing database, emails, and campaigns etc.
- Measure, report and present performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Influence a high-performance company culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration
- Driving a culture of innovation in marketing and communication
Skills required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience of marketing experience within the B2C industry with a proven track record of leading the digital marketing division.
- Analytical and a problem solving mindset
- Very comfortable with various aspects of performance marketing
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and drive relevance
- Proven ability to manage budgets
