Manager - Digital Marketing - Ads Agency


Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Plan, develop, and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

- Utilize online marketing tools and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Content Marketing:

- Develop and manage engaging website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and social media content.

- Conduct audience research to identify target markets and tailor content accordingly.

Brand Awareness & Lead Generation:

- Implement strategies to expand the company's brand presence and online visibility.

- Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to attract new customers.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams (e., sales, product) to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.

- Collaborate effectively with designers and developers to create high-quality marketing materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- 1+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).

- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to write engaging and informative copy.

- Proficient in the use of relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive team player attitude.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
