JOB DESCRIPTION :About the Role :- We are looking for a Marketing Manager to market the next-generation mobile applications for our world class futures exchange product.
- For this role we are open to candidates with experience in managing marketing efforts for a 0-1 product.
Preferred location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :- The team is looking for a marketing manager who is passionate about innovation in the trading and gaming industry. S/he should be able to :
- Understand the zero-to-one journey of a start-up and enjoy the challenges that are part of it.
- Adept at creating GTM strategies for launching a new product and then sustaining the growth.
- Advocates marketing techniques such as SEO, referrals, and influencer marketing channels that actually work for initial start-up budgets.
- Able to think of growth hacking strategies instead of regular run-of-the-mill channels to actually acquire customers who pay instead of people who just show interest or engagement.
- Comfortable thinking about both short-term priorities and long-term goals and coming up with appropriate marketing strategies and plans for D1, W1, M1, and Q1 timelines for the product.
- Take right calls on the marketing channels (organic and paid) that would work to achieve marketing outcomes in terms of awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Understand the equations of CAC and LTV and be able to make the right decisions on spending the marketing budget wisely.
- Actively looking at campaigns from a recovery perspective, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Requirements :
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, setting up and optimize SEM campaigns
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
