Role Description:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of Poonawalla Fincorp's customers, products, and the buyer's journey.
- Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively with the Call Center Team and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns and build programs that support sales enablement.
- Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership.
- Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion and ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns
- Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns
- Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnels at the right time.
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Experience in implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes.
- MBA/bachelor's in business, Marketing, or other related discipline
- Strong technical aptitude, fantastic management skills with a great track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
- Knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure.
- Proactive, decisive, independent thinker
- Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high-quality results.
- Experience creating task-based and process flow documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with marketing science.
- Having prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
- Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Qlikview, Marketo, etc.
- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry
