We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our app marketing efforts and drive user acquisition for our mobile application.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to boost app downloads, increase user engagement, and expand our reach within the farming community.
Key Responsibilities:
- App Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance mobile app downloads and user engagement, aligning with overall business objectives.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize app store presence (App Store Optimization, ASO) and execute effective search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic to the app.
- Social Media Marketing: Design and manage targeted social media campaigns across various platforms to promote the app and engage with the farming community.
- Content Marketing: Create and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate potential users and drive interest in the app.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors in the agriculture industry to boost app reach and credibility.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, etc.) to drive app downloads and website traffic.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage current users, and encourage app downloads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- User Acquisition: Create and execute user acquisition strategies, including referral programs and promotional offers, to attract new users to the app.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various marketing channels to identify the most effective strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with app features and updates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in-app marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
Skills: Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with experience working cross-functionally with product and development teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and user acquisition tactics.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
