Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Identify and utilize innovative digital marketing tools and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and a high-performance environment.
Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, build a strong online community, and attract new leads.
- Create compelling content (text, images, and videos) tailored for various social media platforms.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to reach a wider audience and generate high-quality leads.
- Web Analytics & Campaign Optimization: Utilize web analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.
- Analyze data to gain insights into customer engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize and refine digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, sales) and external partners.
- Articulate the value proposition of digital marketing strategies to key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, lead generation strategies, and web analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in developing and managing digital marketing budgets is a plus.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
