Manager - Digital Marketing - MarTech
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Monitor and enhance brand perception in the marketplace.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and press releases.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
Public Relations and Communications:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including press releases, media kits, and events.
- Handle internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing and communication professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, conducting regular performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering along with a Masters in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
