Job Title: Manager - Digital KYC & Onboarding

Department: KYC & Onboarding


Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Head of Customer Support

Role Summary:

- As a Manager Digital KYC you will be responsible for delivering a fast onboarding experience to customers, at the same adhering to all regulations from time to time. We believe in building products that our users will love, and we want them to have access to them as fast as possible - this is what you enable! You will help us onboard customers in minutes, yes in minutes!

- You will work with your team members in Digital KYC & Onboarding, customer support team, product, growth and engineering teams to building that great onboarding experience for our users. You will display empathy with customers in all conversations, ensure you hear them well, and share with them the appropriate resolution (to the point) and if not now, get back to them at the earliest. We are building Raise to deliver awesome customer experience - and your role is critical for us to deliver that promise.

Responsibilities:


- Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic performance of key controls.

- Ability to adhere to all regulations from RBI / SEBI / IRDAI in this process.

- Sharing of onboarding metrics with relevant stakeholders, forecasting volumes and implementing plan of action

- Working with KYC team to develop target operating model, covering people, process and technology.

- Develop the on-going KYC training plan to develop and enhance staff knowledge of business and product

- Manage KYC-related KPIs (key performance indicators) for the segment/group to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness of completion

- Manage KYC Operations project book of work, including strategic program roll out, major and minor system enhancements

- Ensure the highest standard of quality is adhered within team and at the same time drive process efficiency.

- Work towards developing consistent process and practices

- Create efficiencies through on-going utilisation of low-cost centres for data management

Requirements:

- Candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in financial services with knowledge of KYC & Onboarding processes

- Knowledge of local KYC regulations - RBI and SEBI KYC regulations and also of the global policies pertaining to adoptions at product level.

- Good stakeholder management skills & worked on a consumer facing role.

- Understanding of end-to-end KYC remediation/periodic review and client on-boarding process.
