We have urgent vacancy for Manager - Digital Initiatives. 


Role details are given below:

1. Create and efficiently run programs for increasing digital adoption for service (Self-Service).

2. Identify areas of customer pain points and high cost of service and arrive at new digital solutions

3. End to end project management for the implementation of new solutions - including business requirement documents, scope, budget, timelines, deployment and usage of solutions

4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders like IT, Product Development, Legal and Risk for approvals, development and implementation of digital solutions

5. Partner with line of businesses to increase the knowledge and awareness of digital service offerings.

6. On-going evaluation of existing digital solutions, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to improve usage and efficiency

7. Track KPIs for digital adoption at branches

8. Increase customer satisfaction and recommendation scores at various services touch points.

Required Candidate Profile:

1. In-depth understanding of banking

2. Knowledge of digital platforms and technologies

3. Adept at writing Business Requirement Documents

4. Understanding of application development infrastructure from development, testing to production

5. Analytics background is a plus
