- To manage and develop digital HR processes and technology-based solutions for corporate, retail & manufacturing employees along with HR team of all business units of the organisation
- Techno-functional knowledge of HR systems along with planning and project management for implementation & enhancement of HR application (HRMS/EMS/Chatbot & Other secondary applications)
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies which can be used in HR process transformation, automation and process re-engineering.
- Eliminating the redundant and non-value processes from HR team and developing a robotised process to reduce TAT and man-hours consumed in process(s)
- Working closely with vendor partners to ensure necessary enhancement are completed, tested and moved to production in minimum time and cost
