We are handling an assignment with leading Ecommerce company at Bangalore.
- Identify new marketing channels, experiment, establish financial sustainability and scale them to increase outreach to customers.
- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns
- Track traffic metrics (customer sign-ins, visits, bounce rate, orders, GMS) amongst existing customers and setup initiatives to improve them
- Lead the adoption of business-specific payment methods to enable business customers to make purchases seamlessly
- Be Voice of business customers to help organization serve these customers better.
- Contribute to growth charter by working cross-functionally with business leaders from Marketing, Product, Category, Sales and global teams to get and provide insights and drive actions with them to deliver business goals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and MBA from Tier 1 B-school with 7-12 years of experience in Marketing and managing cross media campaigns within Ecommerce/Internet companies, to drive higher traffic and revenue
- Managing pan-India marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in planning/strategy, creative development, measurement and execution.
- Experience in working with media partners to find most effective and yet frugal way of reaching customers.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs; .
- Past experience in digital marketing (paid search, paid display, SEO, content, paid social)
- Past experience in driving product adoptions or revenue for their business vertical.
