Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Digital nad Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the B2B product space. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing strategies and managing a team.
- You will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, overseeing budgets, and managing both organic and paid advertising campaigns. In addition, you will be responsible for SEO optimization and managing a cross-functional team that includes digital marketing, branding, content, and graphic design. If you are a dynamic and creative marketing professional with a passion for B2B products, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to drive B2B product sales through digital channels.
2. Budget Management for Digital Marketing:
- Create and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed.
3. Manage Organic & Inorganic Ads:
- Oversee both organic and paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
4. SEO Management & Optimization:
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and website visibility.
- Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented.
5. Team Management:
\- Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, branding experts, content creators, and graphic designers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Oversee website development and maintenance projects.
\Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- A digital marketing certification or course completion is an advantage.
- Minimum of Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B products.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of marketing professionals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Innovative and creative thinker with a strong understanding of emerging digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs and goals.

- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
- He should also have understanding of website development (broad understanding- not technical skills).
- He/she should have, in the past, worked on digital marketing proposals and presentations.
- Understanding of digital marketing and analytical tools. Experience of running content marketing and lead generation campaigns for B2B clients. He/she should have good knowledge of the latest digital trends, technologies and tools. Experience of social media management, especially in the B2B segment will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should have experience of handling clients in the previous role.
- The role will also require coordinating with the creative team and ensure that client deliverables are met on time.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them. Arranging and attending meetings in order to maintain a healthy relationship between the client and the company. Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
