We are looking for a marketing manager, with 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of managing content strategy for digital and audience generation. We are looking for person who can think like an educator with an intuitive ability to gauge what an audience needs to know at each stage of their buyer learning and then is able to translate that into content that resonates with them.

What's expected on the job:
- Create business impact through digital campaigns
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead in designing the content strategy based on a framework of Acquire - Nurture/Engage - Convert for each of our key target audience segments
- Develop content on a regular basis (calendar driven), to drive traffic and generate interest among the target audience across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare and YouTube
- Manage the timely execution of digital content and campaigns working alongside a network of agency partners
- Drive engagement journeys across B2C audiences through emailers, videos and website
- Think like a publisher and lead the development of content initiatives across platforms and formats to drive new and current business
- Be the digital custodian of organization's brand reputation by effectively managing the digital/social footprint of Randstad India
- Translate Randstad's original research findings into Whitepaper or Research Report formats by creating content assets/properties on the web and other platforms for a coordinated omni-channel campaign
- Track the performance of the digital campaigns - monitor and optimize the performance
