Job Description:
- As a Digital Campaign manager , you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for our diverse client base.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an agency environment and a proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- You will be responsible for driving lead generation in B2B campaigns and enhancing brand presence and engagement in B2C campaigns, all while meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to, PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and execute B2B lead generation campaigns with a focus on driving qualified leads and optimizing conversion rates.
- Lead B2C social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, and proactively implement creative solutions to improve ROI.
- A/B test various digital strategies to identify the most effective tactics and make data-driven decisions.
Client Management:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, and translate these into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to help elevate the overall team performance.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation in campaigns.
- Quickly adapt to changes in digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in both B2B lead generation and B2C social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, organic search, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Soft Skills:
- Highly proactive and creative thinker, capable of identifying new opportunities to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
