- Implementing measurement strategies aligned to marketing and business objectives
- Industrializing and generating meaningful reporting frameworks & visual KPI dashboards for the Tech Service group
- Improving efficiency in digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI
- Challenging existing digital strategies and suggesting solutions with a competitive advantage
- Leading tool & platform integrations for analytics
- Providing perspective and developing actionable insights from digital campaigns making recommendations to improve performance
- Understanding the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors
- Leading a team of web, SEO and social media analysts
- Presenting performance data on various forums to multiple stakeholders ranging from marketers to C-Suite
- Collaborating with external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting
- Training and driving the analytics-enablement agenda among marketers
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns
- Benchmarking performance across all online channels
- Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies
- Evaluating tools and opportunities to automate Benchmarking, Reporting and Analysis
- Overseeing the set up & implementation of Website traffic tracking across all global & local sites
- Driving the development of custom dashboard for regular & precise reporting
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends
- Providing actionable insights based on the available analytical data
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and user journeys
- Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
Communication :
- Working closely with the Group digital & branding team
- Collaborating with the web application team and social media team
- Collaborating with the technical/ development teams on specific projects/ requirements
Specification / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- At least five to seven years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools
- High level of proficiency with web analytics & visualization tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics; Power BI; Tableau etc.
- High level of proficiency with building SEO strategies and familiarity with tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog
- At least 8-10 years of experience working with Social Media platform reporting & intelligence tools such as Talkwalker, Sprinklr etc.
- At least 6-7 years of experience working with Google Tag Manager or any other similar tag management solution for set up & tracking of Web activity
- High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, display and social media
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, analytics and data modelling
- Client & Stakeholder management
- Team management & Leadership experience
Soft skills:
- Strong communications skills; ability to drive projects independently and present analysis to clients both via phone and in-person.
- Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
