WHAT YOU'LL DO
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
- Oversee the development and execution of analytics strategies for Digital and Social Media channels
- Analyse Data from various Digital platforms to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Generate actionable insights from Data and create reports to present findings to the executive team
DATA INTEGRITY AND QUALITY
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data collected, stored, and analysed by the team.
- Implement data governance and quality control processes
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate with the marketing/campaign team to develop data-driven strategies for optimizing digital and social media campaigns
- Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making for marketing initiatives
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with other departments, including Content Creation, Digital Marketing and Customer Support, to align Digital Strategies with broader company objectives
TOOL AND TECHNOLOGY UTILIZATION
- Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and tools related to Digital and Social Media Analytics
- Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Digital and Social Media Marketing efforts
- Ensure all campaigns are meeting or exceeding predefined performance goals
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to a team of Digital and Social Media Analysts
- Collaborate with team members to set clear goals and objectives, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional growth
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Digital and Social Media Analytics, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools such as Social Media listening, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other similar analytics platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Willingness to work from client location, as required
- Open to travel - Domestic and International
