The Data/Information Mgt Int Anlst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

- Digital Information Requirements: Understand the information and reporting requirements of digital business, and other businesses requiring digital dashboards and reports

- Build & Publish dashboards: Develop digital dashboards in Adobe Analytics, automate and publish on a regular basis

- Leverage Adobe Analytics / Similar Products to build Dashboards: Leverage experience working with Adobe Analytics like understanding standard & custom variables, defining & building segments, creating workspaces and publish dashboards & share with set of users

- Ability to perform adhoc data-pull for digital data from solutions like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to help them perform analysis

- Build traditional reports & dashboards: Get data from traditional data-sources and Web Analytics using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, Adobe Analytics extracts, build dashboards and publish through excel & tableau

- Teamwork: Develop cross-site relationships to enhance advantage of ideas. Set and manage partner expectations. Share Knowledge with junior analysts ad peers by sharing Business, Functional and Technical expertise

- Build relationships proactively with key stakeholders from multiple work areas. Work through influence to build consensus among various stakeholders with differing perspectives to arrive at the best possible solution

- Work closely with partners across business units to understand project requirements, timely delivery and partner communication with 100 % accuracy and solving business problems

- Automation & Improvement: Undertake automation initiatives to improve efficiency on an ongoing basis. Upgrade to better reporting frameworks on an ongoing basis

Experience:

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in MIS / Reporting / Data analytics

- Strong experience with Digital MIS, clickstream data, Adobe Analytics data

- Strong expertise with Adobe Analytics fundamentals like tagging, hit-visit-visitor level containers, reports & analysis workspace, data extract, livestream, create custom metrics

- Deep expertise building digital dashboards and reports

- Hands on experience in developing complex Adobe Analytics reports, Segment creation and understand understating of Tagging process.

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Strong process/project management skills

- Excel & VBA automation skills is preferred

- Working experience in Visualization tools like Tableau preferred

- Knowledge of Big Data, Spark, Hadoop preferred

Education:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
