Role and Responsibilities:
- Support clients with entire spectrum of Digital Analytics
- Support new digital product launches by capturing business requirements and coordinating with data team to set up tracking and build reporting frameworks
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Work closely with marketing, social, product development and UX teams to provide analytical support
- Formulate analytical findings into concise and easy to consume presentations
- Managing/guiding junior resources
- Ability to think creatively and provide support in building strategies through deep dives and identifying actionable insights
Expected candidate Profile:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, math, statistics, economics, or related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- 4-6 years of consulting, analytics delivery experience with strong expertise in the digital media ecosystem
- Ability to identify insights and present them to stakeholders in a structurally coherent way
- A good understanding of A/B testing solutions + strong understanding on A/B testing Statistics
- Extensive experience in Optimisation strategy and backlog management
- Sound analytical ability and business judgment + ability to leverage Excel/PowerPoint to present insights to senior leadership (internal/client)
- Expertise in Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics and Contentsquare) and Big Query
- Prior experience working with media vendors, web debugging tools (Omnibug, Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.)is a significant plus.
- Prior experience of working with SQL, Python or R or any data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of Tableau / Excel VBA is a plus
