- Hiring a MBA with min 8+ years of exp in Life Insurance product and managing Digital Partnerships with corporate brokers, online brokers.
- Should be a problem solver with a go getter attitude and a very strong action for bias.
- Maintain the long-term relationship with the partners to ensure mindshare management.
- Plan & execute various initiatives to ensure organization objectives are met.
- Manage multiple stakeholders - both internally and externally - to drive business, improve operational processes and build excellence that sets us apart from competition.
- Leverage technology to build efficient processes and solve day-to-day problems.
- Identify, plan and implement products & process to tap every up sell & cross sell opportunity.
Reports To - Vice President.
Supervises - 2 Assistant Managers.
Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Delhi NCR.
- Internal Stakeholders Cross functional teams - IT, product, operations, compliance and finance.
External - Partner Sr. Management, Partner sales and business teams, Cross Functional Teams.
Key Result Areas:
- Organization Process Key Contributions Sales.
- Deliver aligned target numbers on topline with the right product mix to protect the bottomline.
- Deliver on all key metrics - persistency, customer satisfaction and issuance.
- Regularly analyze the market trend, competition offering and strategize action plan accordingly to ensure seamless business.
- Retention and cross sell to the existing base of key accounts by evaluation and comprehensive analysis of business scope.
- Be the program manager and plan and execute partner initiatives with laser sharp focus to increase business as per organization's goal by liaising with internal and external cross functional teams.
- Relationship Management.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure mindshare management.
- Creating partner roadmap/ vision along with business plan, proposing new product line, and implementing change in process to achieve higher efficiency in tandem with the leadership team.
- Regular engagement with partner teams - business, relationship, tech, persistency - to build strong relations to help get work done faster.
Operations:
- Track data very closely to identify any gaps in processes/ operations.
- Move swiftly to resolve and make sure that we lead in service among competition.
- Work quickly to address and resolve partner issues.
- Experience 8+ years of exp with MBA full time.
