We are a well known eCommerce company which is building a world class team in Bangalore that will support remote account management activities to support Sponsored Products advertisers & teams globally. We are looking for a seasoned leader that can help us build & scale this business.

We are looking for a leader who will lead implementation and execution of activities in current and new markets. The person will be responsible for building & coaching the team, setting and meeting goals for different markets. This person will also be accountable for setting up programs, hiring the relevant talent, mentoring the team on advertising related initiatives and ensuring that strategic business goals set are met.

To do this, the person needs to have a deep understanding of our advertising ecosystem, have account-management/sales/operational capabilities, as well as have the ability to drive inferences from data to identify opportunities. In addition to working closely with other advertiser facing teams, this person will interact with product development, technical teams, business teams and clients. This leader will have to feel comfortable in an ambiguous environment of explosive growth, making fast paced decision using data and being able to both think at a high and detailed level.

Responsibilities:

1. Define road maps for markets for different initiatives by working with sales teams across regions.

2. Train the team to execute the plan and deliver results.

3. Flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.

4. Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency and drive high retention rates of advertisers

5. Own business reviews and engage with senior leadership teams on a regular basis.

6. Actively coach and develop the team on effective advertiser communication, account management and optimization techniques, guide their immediate and long-term development and results.

Basic Qualifications Include:

- 4 + yrs of work experience, with proven experience of ad operations, online marketing or advertising.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

- Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred

- People management experience

Preferred Qualifications Include:

- MBA or other related Master's degree.

- Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results

- Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations

- Demonstrated success in managing teams to achieve and surpass goals in a fast-paced competitive environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, with a proven track record of exceeding business goals

- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
