Manager/DGM - Process Excellence/Risk/Process Quality - Sales Domain - Strategy Team - Life Insurance

Our client is a large Insurance organization, growing rapidly and looking to strengthen their teams with the right hires.

They are urgently looking to hire a young Process Quality Manager / DGM with Life Insurance experience for their strategy team in Bangalore.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Ensuring Process compliance by Sales Teams

- Process Audits / Process Excellence for Sales

- Ensuring the quality of new business

- Prevent Leakages and improve collections

- Risk Mitigation on New Business

- Stakeholder Management

- Competitor Process Analysis and Benchmarking

To qualify for this position, you should:

- Have an MBA from a Premier B-School

- Have 3 to 10 yrs of exp in total

- Have 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance (MUST)

- Have experience in Process Excellence, Risk or Sales Quality Management

- Have very good understanding of the Sales Process in Life Insurance

- Have an understanding of the impact of various stakeholders on new business

- Have experience in managing quality of sales

- Good communication

- Ready to relocate to Bangalore

Please note that Life Insurance domain experience is mandatory for this role.
