Job Title : Manager / DGM - Human Resources Business Partner
Education : Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Human Resources from a premier B-school
Experience : A minimum of 3 - 4 years of work experience
1. Recruitment and selection
- Responsible for hiring Sales and Sales support positions in the region
- Identify ways of optimizing recruitment and manpower costs
2. Employee engagement
- Divisional engagement action planning and implementation
- Drive rewards and recognition initiatives
3. People process champion
- Ensuring on time in full completion of all people processes (goal setting, reviews and increment cycle, engagement surveys)
- Facilitate career discussions and ensure career closures for all managers
4. Capability development
- Partner Sales development team towards design and delivery of capability programs for field force as per capability roadmap
- Drive development plans and learning needs as identified for all managers (especially area sales managers)
