Candidates having min 10-15 years of sales experience specifically channel sales in chemical/ paints/ glass or lubricant industry.
1. Role Objective:
- This position will be responsible for achieving Sales and Revenue targets for the Zone respectively as per budget and contribute for overall achievement of Company’s Vision and Mission.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target for the year as per AOP
- Manage distributors and channels
- Strategise for new market
- Key account Management
- Depot and dispatch Management
- Regional profitability and branch management
- Sales analysis and future forecasting
- Manage and motivate sales team
3. Person Requirement and other details:
a. Qualification:
MBA – Marketing from a premier institute and/or an Engineering Degree from Tier-I engineering college (NITs).
b. Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing acumen
- Strategic focus & business orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Leadership capability of handling the team and zone
- Strong communication and presentation skills
