Manager - Design Operations

- We are seeking a highly skilled Design Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our design processes.

- The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving excellence in design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design leadership to establish and execute the vision for Design Operations.

- Define and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency within the design team.

- Facilitate connections between designers, researchers, copywriters, and engineering teams for design system enhancements.

- Lead initiatives to improve the design system with a focus on reusability and accessibility.

- Coordinate design rituals, such as critiques and weekly updates, to maintain team alignment.

- Advocate for new tools, best practices, and stay updated with design trends and industry conferences.

- Support cross-functional teams, including Product Design, UX Research, and Engineering, in delivering high-quality results efficiently.

- Drive a culture of collaboration, team spirit, and high performance within the design organization.

Qualifications.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Design Operations or Product Design, focusing on design systems.

- Expertise in maintaining and extending complex design systems.

- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Confluence, or similar tools.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
