Flipkart Health+ is a new startup within the Flipkart Group. It has the best of Flipkart culture along with the vision to redefine the healthcare services by taking consumers/patients first approach.

We want to improve the overall health of our patients/customers across regions within India by solving for accessibility, quality and affordability of healthcare services in India.

We are building a team and systems ground up and are looking for people who are passionate about healthcare problem statements and willing to work in a start-up mode to build the superlative experience & innovative services for Indian users/patients across different touch points in the health management journey.

About the role :

The role is related to end-to-end design and execution of Flipkart's pharma supply chain to deliver customer delight and enable scalable operations.

What you'll do :

- Warehouse setup - Design, Layout sign off, BoQ management & delivery, Installation, dry-run & Go-Live of new Fulfillment Center.

- Network & Logistics Management - Identifying best serviceable vendor for each pincode, MoM service revision.

- New process pilot, troubleshoot & deployment.

- Create SOPs for operations to adapt to processes and work with operations to create MIS views.

What you'll need :

- Should be able to understand Standard operating procedure & train the trainers.

- Strong Program Management and comfortable working against fast timelines

- Knowledge of industrial engineering. Time Motion Study and lean concepts

- Proficiency in MS Excel - pivot tables, Vlookups etc. is a must.

- Experience in Manufacturing / Warehousing with hands on in ERP/Application testing will be an advantage

- Experience in Network Design and understanding local nuances of various geographies will be an advantage

- Knowledge of creating layout in Autocad will be an added advantage

- Flexible to travel PAN India based on business requirements.
