Manager - Derivative Reporting

The Principal Responsibilities include:

- Prepare 10-K, 10-Q, QFS, and stand-alone financial statements for both GAAP & STAT.

- Prepare a reconciliation of PAB to the income statement for GAAP Cash Flow reporting

- Prepare Supporting Files for STAT Footnotes (multiple files)

- Prepare STAT collateral reports

- Request external submissions, prepare EUDR pivot tables and FAS 161 pivot tables to create New Hedging tables.

Desired Profile

- Minimum Work Experience (Years) 6+ Years for CA Qualified-06

- Experience in US GAAP reporting / 10k 10q is a must have.

- Shift timing for both the roles will be 2-11 PM.
