Manager / Dy. Manager (Training)

- Responsible for training new customer service employees and supporting experienced employees to improve their performance. Their duties include creating educational material, conducting training sessions, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring staff members stay motivated.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participates in complex organizational consultations including the design, development, coordination, and facilitation of organizational effectiveness activities, such as strategic planning, team building, process consultation, or employee coaching.

- Participates in the design, development, and implementation of organizational development and organizational-wide change initiatives and trainings to support predefined standards and initiatives.

- Plans, designs, develops, and delivers individual and/or group training and instructional programs, using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

- Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures, and ensures it meets the training standards for the organization.

- Reviews instructor performance, as appropriate, and recommends modifications and improvements to program content and/or presentation methods; may recruit, select, and train instructors.

- Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate individual and/or group training requirements for employees within the organization.

- Selects or develops training materials and aids, to include training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and reference works.

- Collects and analyzes data from the learning management system (LMS) to determine effectiveness of training programs and any need for modification; prepares special reports; maintains program/project records and statistical information.

- Carries out small to medium scale projects and performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification And Experience :

1. Experience of 8-12 Years of Experience in Training

2. Ability to interpret and assess training and development needs and to develop appropriate and creative responses.

3. Skill in facilitating and leading strategic planning and organizational development interventions.

4. Strong facilitation, presentation and team management skills.

5. Ability to establish, develop and implement processes and procedures that align with institutional goals and objectives, industry standards, and best practices.

6. Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.

8. Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.

9. Knowledge of organization development principles and processes, methods, and techniques.

10. Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops orally and/or in a variety of formats.

11. Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects.

12. Ability to provide independent advice and guidance to educators within area of expertise.

13. Ability to understand and interpret educational needs and to develop effective instructional media solutions.

14. Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills

15. Knowledge of web-based training programs and familiarity with web tools.
