Manager/Deputy Manager - Program Management Office

SkillSet

- Experience in Project/ program management - Functional consultant (NON - CORE IT)

- Strong Business Analytical skill set in Demand Sensing, Customer Experience

- Data analysis and inference, recommending changes based on data

- General IT knowledge - including architect would be added advantage

- Lean/ six sigma trained

- Excellent communicator

- Proficient in MSOffice (visio, MS Project) or any of FE / CRM tools

Job Profile

- Lead Program Management function and Front End initiatives

- Project management on BE teams initiatives - MIS, Reporting and follow-up

- Address and integrate the: Business Process, Data,BI, Application, Technical and Information Security aspects of an IT Solution - depends on individual skill set

- Coordinate with Internal IT and vendors for multiple projects

- Follow-up with respective project teams on status

- Develop team MIS, KPIs, Business Case etc
