Job Profile :

1. Conduct Process Walkthrough- in order to understand the current process, basis which a future strategy could be designed to bring process competencies

2. To provide support in the discussions of conflicting priorities of diverse stakeholders in order to bring about prioritized & time bound change

3. Execute process Re-engineering techniques to remove the nonvalue adds to transform processes and bring in cost, time quality efficiencies

4. Plan, track and manage process improvement projects from start to end to make the process more efficient.

5. Effectively drive document change management and thereby facilitate operations audit by ensuring timely updating of process manuals

6. Review process maturity, efficiency, benchmark process practice and leverage requirements for business intelligence

7. Facilitate delivery of projects and strategic initiative of management
