We are looking for a Manager / Deputy Manager - OD based out of our Goregaon Office.
Purpose of Role (Mandatory)
In OD, to improve organizations visioning, empowerment, learning and problem-solving processes.The purpose of the role in the organizational development function is to align individual, business unit & corporate practices and to manage & facilitate change throughout the organization through internal consulting, best practices study and implementation of organization wide interventions.
Key Responsibilities & Account abilities of the Role
Primary Responsibilities: Organization Development
- Create employee development programs to further the company's strategic business goals
- Designs, develops, coordinates, implements,delivers and evaluates employee connect programs that support organization objectives
- Conduct Action-Planning Workshops based on the inputs from the Engagement Survey (Internal & External)
- Diagnose current & potential organizational problem areas - curbing attrition
- Develop career growth plans with structured inputs in assessment and development for next level.
- Develop E-learning modules & drive e-learning based on Business Requirement
- Communication : Develop & Maintain Communication Platforms
Secondary Responsibilities: - Develop & implement methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting for effectiveness of activities conducted
- Manage LMS
- Co-ordinate and conduct position based, behavioural and organization orientation programs
Education Qualification
MMS / MBA (Full Time) (Specialization: Human Resources)
Experience Criteria
Minimum Experience (In Years): 2.0 Maximum Experience (In Years): 4.0
Functional and Behavioral Competencies
Functional skills required to execute the role:
Change management, Analytical Skills; Communications, Planning and Facilitation
Behavioral Competencies required:

1. MBA in HR is mandatory
2. Conceptually should be strong in OD
3. Professionals, currently handling L&D, won- t be suitable.
