Manager/Deputy Manager - MIS - Costing & Budgeting - Automobiles

- Preparation of Budget and rolling forecast

- Monthly MIS preparation / Forecasted financials

- Product level Quantity, Revenue and Net variable margin analysis (NVM) and margin/variance reconciliation w.r.t to Budget & Previous year

- Inventory calculation and analysis

- Monthly provisioning and analysis

- Understanding and monitoring of monthly incentive schemes formulated by sales and marketing team

- Price maintenance in SAP and calculation of export pricing

- Processing of debit note/credit note for the rate difference

- Monthly debtor's analysis and reporting

- Guiding the bill booking person on booking of bills and operating expenses including employee expenses with emphasis on controlling aspects

- Follow up with payment processing team on bill payments

- Physical verification of inventory on an Annual basis, visiting depots and stockyards

- Ensuring the compliance requirement as per COSO/ICFR from worked defined
