Looking for Manager / Dy. Manager to be part of L&D for World no. 1 Fortune 500 consumer durable Multinational

Role: Responsible for people development & training

- Responsible for TNI

- Ensure IDPs are prepared & implemented fairly across the organisation

- Identify Organisation wide / Function wide / Department wide skill gap areas

- Prepare Development plans & proposals for Interventions

- Evaluate training effectiveness

- Design & Deliever Training programs

- Shortlisting external training vendors

- Ensuring Training mandays
